In this 3 1/2 hour workshop we will look at our perceptions and how they affect the stress in our lives. We learn some of the ancient teachings of yoga and use them as guides to our thoughts and the “stories” we tell ourselves.
We will explore how to identify where we feel stress in our bodies and how use breath, movement, relaxation and meditation to change our perception in stressful situations.
Have you ever wondered how some people seem to stay calm, cool and collected in any situation?…you will learn that you have a choice to act or react in all situations in your life.
